KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 16 of 29

1 And they brought in the ark of God, and set it down in the middle of the tent that David had pitched for it. And they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.

2 And when David finished offering the burnt offering and the peace offering, and he blessed the people in the name of Jehovah;

3 even he passed out to every one of Israel, both man and woman, to each a loaf of bread, a piece of meat, and a raisin cake.
