KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 8 of 36

1 And it happened, at the end of twenty years, Solomon built the house of Jehovah, and his own house.

2 As to the cities that Hiram had given to Solomon, Solomon had built them, and he caused the sons of Israel to live there.

3 And Solomon went to Hamath-zobah and seized it.

4 And he built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the storage cities that he built in Hamath.
