KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 27 of 28

1 And when it was decided for us to sail to Italy, they gave over both Paul and certain other prisoners to a centurion by name Julius, of a cohort of Augustus.

2 And boarding a ship of Adramyttium which was about to sail to the places alongside Asia, we set sail, Aristarchus a Macedonian of Thessalonica being with us.

3 And on the next day we brought to land at Sidon. And treating Paul kindly, Julius allowed him, going to his friends to obtain care.
