Acts 8

KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 8 of 28

1 And Saul was consenting to the killing of him. And in that day a great persecution took place on the assembly, the one in Jerusalem; and all were scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles.

2 But devout men together carried Stephen and made great lamentation over him.

3 But Saul ravaged the assembly, having entered, going in according to the houses; dragging away men and women, he gave them over into prison.
