Timeline
The Lions' Den
Darius the Mede signed a firm royal decree forbidding petitions to any god or man except himself, resulting in Daniel being thrown into the lions' den for continuing to pray to his God [27-29]. God sent His angel to shut the lions' mouths, and Daniel was rescued completely unharmed because he trusted in his God.
