Jeremiah 2

KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 2 of 52

1 And was the Word of Jehovah to me, saying,

2 Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, So says Jehovah, I remember you, the kindness of your youth, the love of your betrothals, your going after Me in the wilderness, in a land not sown.

3 Israel was holy to Jehovah, the firstfruits of His increase. All that devour him become guilty; evil shall come on them, a statement of Jehovah.
