Matthew 21

KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 21 of 28

1 And when they drew near to Jerusalem and came into Bethphage, toward the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,

2 saying to them, Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find an ass tied, and a young ass with her. Loosing, lead them to Me.

3 And if anyone says anything to you, you shall say, The Lord has need of them. And he will send them at once.

The Triumphal Entry

Jesus humbly enters Jerusalem mounted on an ass while the crowds strew branches and garments, shouting Hosanna to the Son of David.
