¹ To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. O Jehovah, You have searched me and known me.

² You know my sitting down, and my rising up; You understand my thought from afar off.

³ You sift my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.

⁴ For not a word is on my tongue, but, lo, O Jehovah, You know it all.
