¹ And I lifted up my eyes and saw, and, behold, A man, and a measuring line in his hand!

² And I said, Where are you going? And he said to me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is its breadth and what is its length.

³ And, behold, the angel who was talking with me went out, and another angel went out to meet him,

Vision of the Measuring Line

A man with a measuring line goes to measure Jerusalem, and an angel declares the city will be unwalled and protected by Jehovah as a wall of fire.
