KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 14 of 25

1 In the second year of Joash the son of Jehoahaz the king of Israel, Amaziah the son of Joash the king of Judah began to reign.

2 He was a son of twenty-five years when he began to reign; and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem.

3 And he did the right in the eyes of Jehovah, but not like his father David; he did according to all that his father Joash did;
