Azariah's good reign. Jotham succeeds him. Zachariah reigns ill and is slain by Shallum, Menahem. slays him Menahem strengthens himself by Pul. Pekahiah succeeds him, by Tiglath-pileser, and slain by Hoshea. Jotham's good reign. Ahaz succeeds him.
