1 And as they were speaking to the people, the priests, and the temple commander, and the Sadducees,

2 being distressed because of their teaching of the people, and continuing to proclaim in Jesus the resurrection from the dead.

3 And they laid hands on them, and put them into custody until the morrow, for it was already evening.
