KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 6 of 24

1 And it happened on the second chief sabbath, He passed along through the sown fields. And His disciples plucked the heads and were eating, rubbing with the hands.

2 But some of the Pharisees said to them, Why do you do that which is not lawful to do on the sabbaths?

3 And answering, Jesus said to them, Have you never read this, what David did when he hungered, and the ones being with him?
