Psalms 127

KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 127 of 150

1 A Song of Ascents, for Solomon. If Jehovah does not build the house, they labor in vain that build it; if Jehovah does not keep the city, the one keeping it stays awake in vain.

2 Being early to rise is in vain for you, being late to sit up to eat the bread of toils is vain; for so He gives His beloved sleep.

3 Behold! Sons are an inheritance of Jehovah; the fruit of the womb is its reward.
