Psalms 60

KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 60 of 150

1 To the chief musician. On the Lily of Testimony. A secret treasure of David, to teach; when he struggled with Aram-naharaim, and with Aram-zobah; when Joab returned, and struck twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt. O God! You have cast us off; You have broken us; You were angry; take us back.

2 You made the earth tremble; You tore it; heal its breaks, for it is quaking.

3 You have made Your people see hardship; You made us drink the wine of trembling.
