¹ To the chief musician. On stringed instruments. Of David. Hear my cry, O God, and attend to my prayer.

² From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart faints; Oh lead me into the Rock higher than I.

³ For You have been a refuge, a strong tower before the enemy.
