Mark 9:1-8As they descend the mountain, Jesus commands them to keep the vision secret until His resurrection. He answers their questions by confirming that Elijah has indeed already come and suffered as it was written.
Mark 9:9-13The disciples fail to cast out a demon from a boy. After the father cries 'Help my unbelief!', Jesus rebukes the unbelieving generation, heals the convulsing boy, and later tells His disciples this kind requires prayer and fasting.
