Proverbs 21

KJ3 Literal Translation — Chapter 21 of 31

1 As streams of waters, the king's heart is in the hand of Jehovah; He extends it wherever He desires.

2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but Jehovah weighs the hearts.

3 For Jehovah, to do righteousness and justice is to be chosen more than sacrifice.

4 High eyes, a proud heart, and the fallow ground of the wicked ones, is sin.
